EPCOT, Walt Disney World’s second oldest park is unlike any other theme park. EPCOT stands for “Experimental prototype community of tomorrow” and serves to celebrate the progress, innovation and communication between the different cultures of the world. It’s split into 2 main areas: Future World and the World Showcase. While Future World highlights concepts like imagination, discovery, nature, and celebration, World Showcase houses 11 different country pavilions. Each pavilion has attractions, dining and entertainment representative of that country. Don’t skip the new Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind, the newest thrill ride at EPCOT and one of our favorite rides EVER. “The most exciting and, by far, the most important part of our Florida project, in fact, the heart of everything we’ll be doing in Disney World, will be our experimental prototype city of tomorrow. Disney’s Hollywood Studios is the third oldest Disney park, but it doesn’t look much like it did when it opened. Hollywood Studios has undergone many awesome updates in recent years including the additions of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge and Toy Story Land. Step into the movies with TONS of thrilling attractions, amazing shows, and fun themed dining. Disney’s Animal Kingdom is the newest and most beautiful theme park. Stunningly themed, Animal Kingdom is split into Discovery Island, Asia, Africa, Pandora: The World of Avatar, and Dinoland. Learn about the importance of our natural world and conservation with the magic of Disney storytelling as you explore trails, get up close with incredible animals, and brave thrilling attractions like Flight of Passage. Animal Kingdom also has (in our humble opinion) the BEST food and drink options at any WDW theme park.
